Any individual guest is generally limited to 3 visits to the Club in any one year. All visitors are required to produce written evidence of club membership and current handicap. There are provisions included in the Club Rules which restrict the times at weekends when guests are permitted. These restrictions are currently as follows: Introducing members' own course access is determined by their category of membership eg 7 day, 6 day or 5 day On weekends before midday, visitors are not allowed unless introduced by and playing with a member and only one visitor per member is allowed. At all other times, visitors introduced by and playing with a member are limited to three visitors per member per occasion. There are further restrictions on introducing members' course access on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays when the member is under 26 years of age The above 'other visitor' green fee rates may be varied in specific circumstances by the Secretary Manager according to policies and guidelines agreed by the Committee and the Board.
