Stand tall, shoulders back, head up and set feet to shoulder width. Hands on hips. Now push hips back to a point almost where toes raise. This will bring upper body forwards towards feet. Counter-act with very small knee flex. Allow arms to hang into space around centre of feet. Weight should feel in middle of feet, back straight, head off chest.
